Guide for advisors

Accepting referrals and owning cases as a QFA.

Advisors are independent Qualified Financial Advisors (QFAs) authorised by the Central Bank of Ireland. The /advisor console is your home — it shows pending referrals, owned cases, and your live SLA performance.

1. The advisor console

  • /advisor — landing page with referral queue and KPIs.
  • /advisor/profile — your public profile (name, QFA reference, photo, bio, regions covered). This is what we show clients.
  • /advisor/profile-observability — automated check that your profile matches your CBI register entry.

2. Lead handling and SLA

The advisor response SLA is under 15 minutes during Irish business hours (Mon–Fri, 09:00–17:30 IST). This is shown to every site visitor on the AdvisorSlaTrust strip, so meeting it matters.

  1. A new referral appears in your queue with a countdown timer.
  2. Accept to claim ownership, or Decline (with reason) to return it to the pool.
  3. On acceptance, the case is created and the client is notified.
  4. If you cannot meet SLA on a specific lead, reassign promptly so the next available advisor can pick it up.

3. Case ownership

  • Pipeline Board — drag cases through stages; stage SLAs are tracked.
  • Case Report — generate a regulated suitability report for the client.
  • Telemetry Strip — shows your current load, conversion rate, and SLA adherence.

4. Reporting and KPIs

  • Analytics (/advisor/broker/analytics) — funnel, weekly trend, stage SLAs.
  • Per-advisor KPIs — pipeline value, win rate, average time-to-issue.
  • CSV export for any analytics view.

5. Quality and observability

  • Profile audit — keeps your public-facing profile in sync with the CBI register.
  • Error capture — any runtime errors you hit are logged automatically; flag persistent issues to ops.
  • Audit log — your actions on client data are recorded for compliance review.

We use a small amount of first-party analytics to understand how visitors use FarrFin. No advertising trackers, no third-party sharing. Marketing & product communications only fire after you accept.
